For the last few years each new Call of Duty games' first gameplay footage was shown at Microsoft's E3 press conference, but this year Activision / Infinity Ward has decided to show off the game before E3 starts.
To start things off, this Saturday, 8th of June, IGN will show an exclusive preview of the COD: Ghosts singleplayer campaign and reveal new screenshots. On Sunday, 9th of June, Activision's "Ghosts All-Access" will have a 30-minute broadcast featuring an exclusive first look at the singleplayer gameplay, behind the scenes footage and more.
"Tune into Callofduty.com and other online destinations across the web or watch it on the Machinima app on Xbox 360, available in 41 countries, on Sunday, June 9th, at 11 am PT / 2 pm ET. Additional broadcast outlets to be announced."
Infinity Ward's executive producer, Mark Rubin, also tweeted that we'll hear (and hopefully see) more about Ghosts multiplayer this August.
